We only collect information you give us directly through one of our forms:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your business name (optional)
- Any message or notes you choose to share
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third‑party analytics on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry
- To contact you about a waiting list you’ve joined
- To tell you when a programme, tool, or resource you’ve expressed interest in becomes available
We will not sell your information, share it with unrelated third parties, or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree and reach us by email via Microsoft 365. Both providers process data in line with their own privacy policies and applicable international data‑protection laws.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as needed to respond to you or keep you on a waiting list. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that’s wrong
- Ask us to delete it
- Withdraw your consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from a waiting list)

Cookies
This site doesn’t set cookies. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may log basic request information (such as IP address and request time) for security and performance purposes; this data is not used to identify individual visitors.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the “Last updated” date below. Material changes that affect how we use your information will be communicated to anyone currently on a waiting list.
